Project Manager – Product Specialist (f/m)

In this position, you will be part of the project management team at our Brussels office. As a project manager you are responsible for planning and managing short- and long-term projects, ensuring execution of day-to-day production support activities, and providing technical communication and coordination among Account, Sales and Production business units. At the same time, you are also responsible as a Product Specialist for the product correctness for each asset that is being delivered for your respective projects. By collecting, maintaining, and distributing the required product information you will support and guide the production teams to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

You feel passionate about providing clients with an excellent service level and have a personal commitment to deliver quality while respecting the deadlines.

  • Gather and funnel all product related information throughout the organisation
  • Detailed checking for product correctness of every asset that is being produced (3D models, images, animations,...)
  • Define the project scope, goals and deliverables, resource requirements in coordination with the production team
  • Create, manage & maintain project schedules
  • Develop status reports and lead status meetings
  • Provide Account Managers and Production Team Leadership with regular project updates, identify project risks early and assist supervisor by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies Engages the appropriate stakeholders prior to making any major changes
  • Assure that quality and content of deliverables meet client expectations


Team Player, Verbal Skills, Self-Motivated

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Ability to work in a structured way and think analytically
  • Ability to extract useful information form vast amount of inputs
  • Ability to create detailed project plans based on needs from multiple sources
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others, both establishing and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities by comparing information, using various approaches to determine course of action or solution (considering facets, risk, and constraints)
  • Ability to monitor, track and drive results of projects and assignments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D software applications is desired
  • Ideally you have a strong affinity with the automotive industry
  • Fluent in English
